You may return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-returnable unless defective or damaged during transit.

All tags, packaging, and protective coverings must be intact.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized/custom-made furniture (unless defective).

Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or accidents.

Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (marked "Final Sale").

Assembled or disassembled products (unless defective).

Contact Us: Notify our team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] or calling 8709328633 / 6201267537. Provide your order details and reason for return.

Inspection: We will arrange a pickup of the item(s) from your location (Bihar only) and inspect them for eligibility.

Approval: Once approved, you may opt for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement or repair at no extra cost. Provide photos of the damage for faster resolution.

Orders can be canceled free of charge if requested within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been shipped or processed for customization.

All furniture from Bihar Furnitures comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, natural wear and tear, or improper maintenance.
